The short version

You can explore the site, Home Planner and example model without creating an account. Planning and scenario calculations happen in your browser. Contact details are shared with Endurous when you submit an interest form or send an email.

Who is responsible

Endurous Inc., based in Denver, Colorado, United States, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Contact privacy@endurous.com with a privacy question or request. General and partnership inquiries go to info@endurous.com.

What you choose to share

Interest forms ask for your name, email address, interest and permission to contact you. You can also add a general location and a message. Partner introductions can include an organization and type of partnership. A street address, payment details and account password are not needed for these forms.

Send only the details useful for your request. Please do not include health information, identity documents, passwords or confidential third-party information.

Why we use it

We use your submission to understand your interest, respond to you and follow up on the topic you selected: homeowner updates, future property modeling or a possible partnership. We may consider fit, general location and development timing. Sending a form does not upload a Home Planner report.

We rely on your consent for interest-related updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. We also rely on legitimate interests to answer correspondence, protect the website from misuse and maintain a minimal record of opt-outs. These interests are running the pre-launch site and responding to people who choose to contact us.

A person reviews interest requests. The planning tools do not decide who receives a pilot invitation.

Planner answers and saved drafts

The Home Planner processes your answers on your device. If you choose to save progress, it uses your browser’s local storage. That saved draft stays in that browser until you clear it or remove the site’s stored data. On a shared device, another person using the same browser profile may be able to resume it.

Use the planner’s remove-saved-progress control or your browser settings to delete the local draft. Downloaded reports remain in your downloads or chosen folder until you remove them. Endurous receives a report only if you choose to share it.

Scenario inputs and app concepts

The scenario preview calculates in your browser. This site does not save its inputs between visits or send them to a property simulation service. Downloading an example creates a file on your device. Illustrative app screens do not connect to sensors or collect home readings.

Forms, email and service providers

Hostinger provides website hosting, and Titan provides Endurous company email. A hosted form sends the details you enter to info@endurous.com through those services. Endurous team members who handle inquiries can read the message. If you use the email-app option, you review and send the draft yourself, and your email provider handles that message too.

Forms do not publish submissions or create a public contact list. Hosting and email systems may keep IP addresses, request times, delivery records and error logs according to the provider and account settings.

Where information is handled

Endurous operates in the United States, where our team handles inquiries. Hosting and email providers may process information in other countries where they operate. Their data-protection terms describe their handling of customer data and international transfers. You can contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your request.

Cookies, local storage and tracking

The site includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosted interest form uses a session cookie called endurous_interest to help limit repeated submissions. Optional planner drafts use local storage, which is separate from cookies. Private-preview access and hosting services may use additional settings or cookies outside the website files.

You can manage cookies and stored site data in your browser. Blocking storage can affect saved drafts, contact forms or private-preview access; it does not prevent you from reading the public page content.

How long information stays

We review inactive pre-launch inquiries 24 months after the last meaningful contact and delete them unless an ongoing conversation or a recordkeeping need requires retention. This is a review policy for correspondence, not an automatic timer in the website.

We honor opt-out requests when received. We may keep a minimal record of your email address and opt-out so that we do not contact you again. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention settings, and copies may remain until those retention cycles end. Records required for a legal obligation or dispute may be kept for that purpose.

Your choices and rights

Reply to an Endurous email or write to privacy@endurous.com to stop interest-related emails. You can also ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or request deletion. Tell us which email address or request you mean. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing records.

Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a portable copy of information or object to processing based on legitimate interests. We review requests under the applicable rules. People in the UK or European Economic Area can also raise a concern with their data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner or their EEA supervisory authority.

You can browse without signing up. Without contact details we cannot respond to an inquiry or send updates. Opting out does not remove reports already downloaded to your device; delete those files and saved browser drafts separately.

Future connected-home services

This notice describes the pre-launch website. A future account, installed system or property simulation may need different information. We would explain the relevant collection and controls before asking you to use that service. Do not treat the current app illustrations as a description of live data collection.
